|Recommended: YesBeautiful inside, but maintenance slow — The view is beautiful if you face the larger bay. Lots of pelicans, cranes, loons, dolphin, and manatee. Sometimes manta rays. The inside decor is lovely - stainless appliances although the kitchen is very small . Lots of closet space. Beautiful flooring and colors. However, have had lots of problems with washing machine and leaking of the roof. Can't seem to get them fully resolved.

|Recommended: YesRelatively nice place for the area. — It is a nice quiet community with a well-lit parking area and good solid construction. I really enjoy how close I am to the beach and the places where I shop.
|Recommended: YesSailpointe is Amazing — I am so glad to be a part of the Sailpointe community. This is a place which has captivated my joy from location to everything to the beautiful surrounding nature the building has surrounding it.
If you like bottled-nosed dolphins, manatees, and other marine creatures, this is an ideal place for you

|Recommended: YesI love my apartment, my unstairs neighbors are loud though 316 — I love it, it's small and I like that, no pool makes for less noise, I like that but some people don't Oh well I also love the location, so much you can just walk too
|Recommended: YesOutstanding resident service and 24 7 maintenance service. DO Not POST. — Best apt experience I have ever had. The 24 7 maintenance response and service is outstanding. Including complete plumbing, AC, air filters, changing alarm batteries, anything within apt. Also spray washing exterior of bldg. Daily maintenance of grounds, elevators every morning. I was one of the first to move in two years ago and with infrequent issues with one neighbor s booming stereo bass and delays with elevator repairs, I really appreciate the quality construction and interior designs, washer dryer, I enjoy the quality of living here.
