With no weight restrictions and a limit of two pets per apartment, we make it easy for your furry friends to settle right in.


We welcome a variety of pet types, including small and caged pets like hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, rabbits, birds, and fish. For aquarium enthusiasts, tanks up to 10 gallons are readily accepted, and anything larger can be accommodated with management approval.


However, it's important to note that we do have breed restrictions for the safety and comfort of all our residents. Restricted breeds include Akita, Chow Chow, Shar-Pei, Rottweiler, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier), Doberman Pinscher, and German Shepherd. We encourage potential residents to contact our leasing team for more details.


While Sailpointe does not have designated walking trails within the community, the entire area is pet-friendly, offering plenty of space for leisurely walks along the waterfront. Additionally, local dog parks like McKenney Park Dog Park and Chase Park Dog Park are just a short drive away, providing great spots for more vigorous exercise and socialization for your dogs.
